My name is Robert Kennedy and I've had over 15 years of experience in Hiring, Training, Growing and Developing high performance teams.

I started my journey through years of trial and error. Years on a hamster wheel of failed hired after failed hire. I was Trapped with more work to do than time, all without a clue on how to get ahead. Waking up every day more stressed or overwhelmed, while continuing to feel like I was working harder and harder getting no where. Over time through pure volume of experience I began to see what caused positive results and what eventually caused disappointing ones even if things looks good at the start.
